A Day on Board Might Look Like This…
We begin the morning around 9:00 with gentle yoga — waking the body and softening the mind.
Afterwards, we enjoy a relaxed breakfast while setting sail, carried by the wind toward new horizons.
Midday brings a swim stop in turquoise waters — time to float, snorkel, journal, or receive a 1:1 session on deck or ashore.
Around 14:00, we gather for lunch — light, fresh, and nourishing — followed by a few quiet hours for rest, reading, or simply being.
Later in the afternoon, we lift anchor and sail toward a peaceful bay or village, arriving before sunset.
As golden light reflects on the water, we come together for guided meditation using hypnotherapy-inspired techniques.
Dinner is served around 20:00 — either on board or at a local taverna — with good food, easy conversation, and a sky full of stars.
