About this Retreat
Your Guides
My yoga journey began in 2011, and by 2012 I already knew this was the path I wanted to follow. In 2013, I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training, but a serious snowboard accident prevented me from completing it. That difficult chapter shifted everything for me—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—but it also deepened my connection to yoga in a powerful and transformative way.
In 2014, I returned to my practice and completed another teacher training, followed by an Ashtanga training in 2015. Since then, I’ve been teaching classes, assisting in workshops and teacher trainings, and learning from diverse teachers and traditions while traveling the world. Each experience—both on and off the mat—has shaped the way I guide others, and I’m deeply grateful for all the lessons life and my teachers have offered.
In 2023, I completed another training focused on meditation and breathwork, further enriching my offerings with pranayama and mindfulness practices. That same year, I became pregnant—a life-changing experience that again transformed my relationship with yoga. I’ve come to appreciate yoga as a fluid, evolving practice that honors where we are in each moment. It’s not about perfection—it's about connection, self-love, and tuning in to what truly supports us.
My classes weave together breath, movement, awareness, and intuitive wisdom, always with the intention to help others come home to themselves.

Join us for a soul-nourishing 5-day, 4-night retreat in the serene jungle of Guanacaste, Costa Rica at the magical Llomas del Mar. This intimate experience is designed for women who are navigating a season of personal transformation and longing to reconnect with their inner strength, sensuality, and self-love.

Getting Here

Directions
1. From Liberia (LIR):
Best option: Arrange a private shuttle or taxi directly to Llamas del Mar (~15 mins). - we can help you with that!
You can also rent a car at the airport.
2. From Tamarindo (TNO):
Take a taxi or private shuttle for the 45–60 minute drive on paved roads. - we can help you with that!
3. If arriving at San José (SJO):
It’s viable but much longer: about 3–4 hours by road.
Alternatively, take a quick domestic flight from SJO to Tamarindo, then transfer by road.
Best option is to land at Liberia airport

All rooms are designed for relaxation and restful sleep after your transformative days.
