Details of this retreat

Private Ceremony (1:1)
From root to crown, from dark to dawn.
A 1:1 ceremony offers a quiet, sacred container with full attention on your process. We move at your pace, with live music, breath, and ritual to guide you through what wants to be seen, released, and integrated.
Who it’s for
You prefer an intimate journey without a group.
You carry a specific theme (healing, grief, addiction recovery, relationships, purpose, life transition).
You feel supported by music, breathwork, and a carefully held ceremonial space.
What’s included
Thorough intake & screening – medical history, medications, mental/physical background, and intentions.
Personal preparation – clear guidelines (diet, mindset, journaling, breath).
Live-music ceremony – voice, guitar, flute, drum; attuned to your process.
Close facilitation – 1–2 experienced guides, continuous presence and care.
Nourishing meal & soft landing – gentle grounding after the work.
Integration – a follow-up call within 3–7 days and practical tools to anchor insights.
Optional overnight stay – rest and integrate in silence.
Flow of the day (example)
Arrival & opening – tea, check-in, intentions.
Ceremony – guided by music, breath, and prayerful ritual.
Closing & meal – returning gently to the body.
Rest / optional overnight – unhurried integration.
Next morning – tea, sharing, and closing.
