• Sept 18– Arrival in Pelion. Grounding, welcome ritual, and evening by the sea.
• Sept 19 – Forest walks, somatic practices, softening into the body’s wisdom.
• Sept 20 – Travel to Mount Helicon. Opening circle + evening hike on the Delphi trail.
• Sept 21 (New Moon) – Visit Delphi and hike to the Corycian Cave, a place of ancient worship dedicated to the Nymphs and the god Pan. Nourishing lunch amidst the cold springs of Livadia.
• Sept 22 (Equinox) – Explore the Valley of the Muses and the Hippocrene Spring, said to have birthed Pegasus. Cooking class in the afternoon.
• Sept 23 – Voice activation ritual. New Moon & Equinox Closing feast.
• Sept 24 – Sunrise walk. Integration. Aphrodite’s Cave in Corinth. Return to Athens.
