Our retreat flows with the natural rhythm of the land—gentle, grounding, and deeply nourishing. Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance guided sessions, wholesome meals, and ample time for rest, exploration, or connection.
Here’s what the program will look like:
Day 1 – Arrival & Settling In
- Guests are welcome to arrive throughout the day. Unpack, settle into your space, take a dip in the pool, or explore the grounds.
- At 6:00 PM, we invite you to an optional welcome circle to meet the group and receive an overview of the week.-
- Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.
Day 2-6 – Daily Flow
Here’s what a typical day looks like during your stay:
- 8:00 AM – Morning Vinyasa Flow. Start your day with an energizing yoga practice to awaken the body and mind.
- 9:30 AM – Breakfast. Enjoy a nourishing breakfast served fresh in our communal dining space.
- 10:30 AM – Free Time. Relax by the pool, explore the national park, read, create, or join a spontaneous workshop. This is your time to be as active or restful as you like.
- 1:00 PM – Lunch. A wholesome, locally sourced meal to refuel and restore.
- 5:00 PM – Evening Session. Wind down with a rotating evening practice: Sound Bath, Breathwork, Guided Meditation, or Yin Yoga—each offering deep rest and inner connection.
- 7:00 PM – Light Dinner. Close the day with a gentle, nourishing meal shared in good company or quiet reflection.
Day 7 – Departure
Start your final day with an optional morning yoga session, offering a gentle, grounding practice to help you integrate your experience and ease into the day. Afterward, enjoy breakfast and take your time packing, reflecting, and saying farewell at your own pace.
There are no other scheduled sessions, allowing you to close the retreat in your own rhythm—centered, spacious, and nourished.
