About this Retreat
Your Guides
Gerrit Nitsche is a Singing Bowl and Gong Master, as well as a Certified Sound Therapist, based in Nepal. He has provided sound therapy to over 1,000 individuals across various countries, including Nepal, South Africa, Australia, Indonesia, and several European nations. At his eco-farm and meditation center in the Himalayas, Nitsche offers certified courses where participants learn to master the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. Despite teaching tradition, in 2018 Gerrit invented a unique Brainwave Entrainment Methodology, that induces Theta Brainwave State for listeners within just 20 minutes. In easy words, he can help you to experience Meditation not in a crossed leg lotus position, but simply by laying down and listening to his combinations of frequencies, wrapped in melodic and touching melodies.

Accommodation
All of our rooms are build from natural materials sourced in our area, in traditional Nepali Mountain House style. We have capacity for 4 private rooms and 6 spaces on sharing basis. Twin and Triple Bed rooms. Please note that we do not have attached bathrooms. At this point, our Bathrooms are on shared basis, alike a camping site: 4 Showers and 4 Toilets. Despite Rooms our Farm provides a Restaurant, Silent Area, Yoga Hall and Meditation space. You will live immersed in a traditional Nepali Mountain Farm with animals around and your food literally growing in the field behind our guest rooms.
