Hi, my name is Patrycja.
My journey began over 15 years ago as a massage therapist, but my personal healing path revealed that true transformation happens at the level of mind and emotion.
I mainly use hypnosis and psychedelics to help conscious women 30+ to transform their limiting beliefs and trauma. I love working with the aspects of confidence, self-love, worthiness, and divine feminine aspects.
I am also sound healer and cacao ceremony facilitator. I combine those techniques in 1:1 sessions and group settings on retreats and events all over Algarve.
My philosophy is simple:
I am not here to heal you, but if you feel ready to break those walls, I will gladly share my ways with you.
My driving force in life: freedom! Freedom is the oxygen of my soul.
I go through life learning, working on myself, making mistakes, trying things...
One of the things I tried a couple of years ago was Ayahuasca Ceremony to address sexual trauma that resurfaced suddenly after years of staying in shadows. The ceremony was the most difficult but also the most transformative experience in my life. It opened me to plant medicine world.
Shortly after I discovered psilocybin mushrooms, and it was love at first sight, leading to year and a half of regular intentional sessions.
While this wonderful medicine is not available to everyone, I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with them.
I approach this work with deep respect for both the medicines and for you. Having walked this path myself, I understand the courage it takes to venture into these territories.
My commitment is to honor your unique journey and create safe space so you can surrender to the mushrooms with a peace of mind.

During the guided journey, I serve as both anchor and witness.
My role isn't to direct your experience but to help you navigate it with presence and courage. I create a safe, sacred space where whatever needs to emerge can do so without judgment.
I take care of everything from start to finish - choosing the perfect setting, removing distractions, preparing nourishing food, arranging safe transportation, choosing the music, and ensuring everything you might need is in place. Complete peace of mind, so you can surrender to your experience, knowing you're completely taken care of.
This session is for you if:
* You feel ready to explore your inner world but want the safety and support of an experienced guide by your side
* You're seeking deep personal healing, transformation, or spiritual growth and feel called to work with plant medicine
* You're new to psychedelics and want to ensure your first experience is safe, intentional, and meaningful
* You value peace of mind above all else and want to surrender fully to your experience knowing every detail is handled by someone who knows what you are going through and who truly cares about your wellbeing
DURATION: The session lasts about 4-6 hours but we will spend most of the day together. I will collect you and drop you off only when it is safe to do so. After the session we may decide to spend some time in the nature for better integration.
