Arrive to the energy of the day with a kiss from the Egyptian sunrise, blessings from the Nile River, and initiation from the Goddesses present. We all share this light at The Garden as We Rise.

A daily morning Higher Self meditation is presented upon alter and morning Tea Time By the Nile. We feel into our energies in silence or collaboration as we begin our day. We share an offering to the alter with Gratitude for our spirit guides and ancestors. We enjoy fruits and snacks for our soul nourishment. We rise to begin the day of mindfulness activities, alignment with nature and farm animals, alignment with The Nile, alignment with one on one transformation and healing sessions, alignment with soulfully curated workshops, alignment with temple visits and Goddess initiations, alignment with our Higher Self practices that lead us to your Higher Self.

You will be introduced to the Habit Tracking Embodiment method which allows you to begin the habits for your Higher Self in real time, in Divine Time in Egypt, and with the other Beautiful Intentional Souls. Begin your practice to take along with you on your journey to home or wherever your soul may go next.

We align with Unconditional Self Love practices such as meditation, nature adventures, living in authenticity with no judgment. Group sharing/ sound boarding, group collaborating, and group healing are all an optional and powerful part of your journey here at The Garden.

Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, Tarot, and Energy Readings are all important parts and tools for our self expression and integration with each other over the days. Not a way to separate, but a way to truly understand our different energy types when intertwined. Some nights are calm at the Garden, fire still present, though with more sprinkled experiences of souls connecting here, a soul journaling here, a soul meditating by the Nile, a few souls on a boat adventure on the Nile with the stars, all Beautiful Souls aligning with their inner rhythm guiding them to what their Higher Self desires.

Transportation from Aswan Airport is happily included in the deeply affordable retreat price.
