My journey with Ayahuasca began in 2014, during a time when my life had come to a standstill. I was searching for deep transformation and this beautiful medicine set that process in motion. What followed were powerful ceremonies that helped me release pain, reconnect with my body, gain insight into old patterns, and experience expanded states of consciousness, unity, and love. I rediscovered my joy for life, which became the foundation for further growth. Life can still be challenging, and I still stumble at times - but I now stand on solid ground and live from connection and gratitude. I have participated in over 50 ceremonies and completed the Ayahuasca facilitator training at Proceswerk in Groningen (2018). I have also extensively explored magic mushrooms, truffles, San Pedro, LSD, and Bufo - each offering its own unique experience and wisdom. Alongside guiding sessions, I work as a breathwork coach and massage therapist, and I’m currently in the final year of a 3-year training in systemic work, Transactional Analysis, and NLP. It’s deeply humbling and fulfilling to create safe spaces for people to surrender to these powerful, magical medicines, and to walk alongside them for a short stretch of their life path. I believe each journey with the plants contributes to a more loving world.

With over 15 years of experience and close to 100 ceremonies, I walk this path with deep reverence for the healing power of sacred plant medicines. As a facilitator, I hold space rooted in the belief that we are the medicine - each of us carries the wisdom and capacity to heal from within. Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and psilocybin are not cures, but powerful guides helping us reconnect with our truth, our wholeness, and our path home. In every ceremony, I honor the unique journey of each participant, offering guidance, safety, and presence without imposing direction. My role is to support that listening, to help create the conditions where real transformation can emerge. This work is not about escape or transcendence, It’s a return to authenticity. I have been trained by ICEERS on harm reduction - a training to improve safety during and after psychededelics ceremonies

In my past I have encountered many challenges, but with the help of plant medicine combined with my resilient spirit, I managed to turn my life around: today, little Senta and big Senta walk side by side, in harmony. I treat the people around me with a lot of love and attention. I am playful, passionate and attentive, in full acceptance of the challenges of life. I love, laugh and dance through life. I live by the spirit of Pippi Longstocking: never giving up, staying curious, being wild, and sprinkling a little wonderful everywhere I go! 💫

Huachuma (San Pedro), is a sacred cactus native to the Andes and revered for thousands of years by Indigenous cultures. Known as a gentle yet powerful heart medicine, Huachuma opens the gates of perception, allowing us to see with clarity, compassion, and truth. Unlike Ayahuasca’s deep inward journey, Huachuma often brings a more grounded and heart- centered experience. In nature-based ceremonies, it helps us connect deeply with the Earth, with others, and with the wisdom of our own hearts. Often called the “Grandfather”, Huachuma teaches with loving strength. It may guide you through:
- emotional release and forgiveness
- deepened connection to and understanding of your feminine essence
- profound connection to nature
- insight into relationships, purpose, and life direction
- a deep sense of joy, presence, and unity

We are experienced guides who ensure a safe space and loving support so that you can surrender to what appears in your journey. We facilitate magic, spiritual, consciousness expanding experiences grounded in reality. We advise and support, hold the space, provide the set and the setting. The journey inward you make yourself. We trust in the power of the psychedelic medicines and in everyone’s self-healing ability. Of course we are fully present during your journey.
In addition, we provide a thorough intake procedure inc intake video call and a followup call a week after the session.

Directions

From Lisbon airport
By car: Mama Adama can be reached by car in 1.5 hours. You can either rent a car or take a Bolt/Uber. We can also connect you to other participants if you prefer to organise a ride share.
By train: There are 3 trains every day at 10.02, 14.02 and 18.32 from Lisboa Oriente to Grândola. The journey takes 1h20. We can pick you up from the train station in Grândola. These trains have mandatory seat reservations, so buy your ticket ahead on cp.pt or in the CP app.
There’s a direct metro line from Lisbon airport to Lisboa Oriente station (10 min).

Accommodation

The price includes a shared double or triple bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. Limited number of private rooms available for €75 per night extra. There's a small camping area on the grounds, if you prefer to stay with your own camper or tent. Use of bathroom included.

Nestled among the peaceful hills near Grândola, Mama Adama is a family-run sanctuary and alpaca farm, offering an open sky, warm stone, cork oaks and rescued animals.
360° views over the Alentejo hills, with nothing between you and the horizon. A natural swimming pool, fed by a nearby spring and cleaned by natural filtration. Resident alpacas, horses and goats, rescued, unhurried company. Tastefully decorated double and triple rooms, single occupancy possible for an extra charge.
The ceremonies are held outside on the ceremony platform with incredible views...

We had a private session (as a couple) with Sanne, where we felt safe and taken care of. It was the first such experience for us and we were glad we chose her as our guide into the unknown. She brought good energy which was super important for us. The good thing is that you get to talk to her first before making a final decision to go ahead. Follow-up session was also a nice closure, with tips on how to progress further on our journey.

Ik heb een prachtige retraite gevolgd bij coming Home. De locatie ligt in een serene, natuurlijke omgeving die meteen rust brengt. Het huis zelf voelt warm en uitnodigend aan, alsof je bij vrienden thuiskomt.

De begeleiding was bijzonder professioneel én enorm hartelijk. De begeleiders zijn lieve, aangename mensen die je op een veilige en zorgzame manier door het hele proces leiden.

Een absolute meerwaarde waren de zalige percussies tijdens de ceremonies die zorgden voor diepgang, verbinding en een heerlijke sfeer. En als kers op de taart was er de open haard, die alles nog gezelliger maakte.

Kortom: een retraite die ik met heel mijn hart kan aanraden. Een plek om écht tot jezelf te komen.
