Hi, I’m Floriane — but please, call me Flo. Originally from France, I followed a traditional path for a while, working in an office job that did not quite feel like me. Six years ago, I packed a backpack, left everything behind, and set off on a solo journey across the world, searching for something deeper — more meaningful, more aligned.
Along the way, I discovered yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of living. I trained with teachers from different countries and backgrounds, experiencing diverse styles and approaches that helped shape my own path.
I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a Yin Yoga certification through the well-respected Yoga Academy International, registered with the Yoga Alliance. Since then, I’ve made my home in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, where I’ve been sharing yoga with a growing, diverse community.
My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is for everybody — no matter your shape, age, experience, or background. You don’t need to be flexible or “fit” to start. You just need a willingness to show up for yourself. In my classes, I aim to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental, where each person can explore their own rhythm and reconnect with their breath.
Over time, my journey also led me to complementary healing practices. I studied sound healing with Tibetan bowls, exploring the deep effects of sound and vibration on the body and mind — from reducing stress and anxiety to encouraging deep rest and presence. I also began learning about Mayan traditions and the sacred Cacao Ceremony — a gentle yet powerful practice for emotional release and heart connection.
Today, I offer a holistic approach that blends movement, stillness, sound, and ceremony. My mission is to support people who are seeking more balance and clarity in their lives — to help them reconnect with their bodies, their inner wisdom, and their unique path.
It would be an honor to guide you during this retreat — to hold space for your practice, your growth, and your personal reset.
