6:30 – 10:30 AM: Extended practice with asana, pranayama, and mindful movement.
Midday
10:00 – 12:00 PM: Lunch and quiet rest.
12:00 – 2:00 PM: Yoga Nidra and kriya practice.
Afternoon
2:00 – 4:00 PM: Rotating sessions in Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, or guided self-practice. This is also a space to prepare for teaching — refining your understanding of theory and integrating it into practice.
4:00 – 4:30 PM: Tea break. A quiet pause to reset before evening practice.
4:30 – 6:00 PM: Asana practice with attention to alignment, sequencing, and safe modifications.
6:00 – 7:00 PM: Evening meditation to settle the body and mind, drawing the day’s work into stillness.
Evening
7:00 – 8:00 PM: Dinner in community.
After 8:00 PM: Rest, journaling, reflection
