About this Retreat
Your Guides
Our retreat facilitators are multidisciplinary artists, producers, and creative guides whose work bridges music, fine art, fashion, and consciousness practices. Their productions have been released on iconic labels including UKF, Play Me, Fabric Live, BOKA, Black Acre, and Z Audio, with collaborations alongside renowned artists such as Bassnectar, 16 Bit, The Funk Hunters, and Freq Nasty. Known for a dark, cinematic, and avant-garde sound, their work seamlessly blends bass, techno, electronica, and ambient elements.
With backgrounds in fine art, their creative practice extends into fashion design and performance, exploring androgyny, futurism, and the interplay between body, sound, and identity.
Alongside this artistic work, years spent cultivating meditation and mindfulness practices inform how our retreats and workshops are held — creating spaces where sound, ritual, and inner work converge, guiding others toward creativity, healing, and self-discovery.
Now based in Bali, our team continues to produce, perform, and mentor, offering music production education, retreats, and collaborative projects that fuse artistry with intentional practice.
Details of this retreat
This is your chance to work in a professional studio in one of the world’s creative hotspots, with nobody looking over your shoulder. You bring your own projects and your own workflow. We handle the booking, the studio time and the logistics, so all you have to think about is the music.
Over 7 nights you’ll have four hours a day in Sunny Mantra Studio for six days, 24 hours in total. The studio has an AKG C414 XLII microphone, an Apple Mac Studio (M1 Max), a Universal Audio Apollo X8P interface, a Moog synthesizer and a Pioneer DJ console. Between sessions you’ll stay in a private suite at Sunny Aparts 2, a four-star apartment-style hotel in central Canggu, with a king bed, private kitchen, ensuite bathroom and complimentary use of the pool, gym, sauna, hammam and ice bath.
This residency is self-directed, so there is no set curriculum. If you’d like studio support, mentoring or tuition during your stay, contact us and we’ll arrange it. Want a shorter or longer stay? Contact us to discuss. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.

Schedule
Check-in is from 4:00 PM on arrival day. Your lessons start at 10:00 AM at Sunny Mantra Studio and run for four hours. Your afternoon is free to enjoy the pool, gym, sauna, hammam and ice bath, the beach or Canggu’s cafes. Sunday is your day off. Check-out is by 12:00 PM on departure day.
