Anthony Traynor is a multidisciplinary artist, producer, and creative guide whose work bridges music, fine art, fashion, and consciousness practices. Under past aliases including BreakBeatBuddha, PropaTingz, Tony Deathless, and TOCSIN, he has released music on iconic labels such as UKF, Play Me, Fabric Live, BOKA, Black Acre, and Z Audio, while collaborating with renowned artists like Bassnectar, 16 Bit, The Funk Hunters, and Freq Nasty. Known for his dark, cinematic, and avant-garde sound, Anthony’s productions seamlessly blend bass, techno, electronica, and ambient elements.
Educated at Central Saint Martins in Fine Art, his creative practice encompasses fashion design and performance, exploring androgyny, futurism, and the interplay between body, sound, and identity.
Alongside his artistic work, Anthony has spent years cultivating meditation, mindfulness, and plant medicine practices. Through retreats and workshops, he creates transformative spaces where sound, ritual, and inner work converge, guiding others toward creativity, healing, and self-discovery.
Now based in Bali, he continues to produce, perform, and mentor, offering music production education, retreats, and collaborative projects that fuse artistry with spiritual practice.

36 hr Electronic Music Production & Creative Flow Retreat.
Join internationally acclaimed producer Anthony Traynor (PropaTingz), for a transformative week in Bali blending world-class music production training with mindfulness and creative flow. With 20+ years of experience, collaborations with Bassnectar, Excision, and UKF, and a teaching background at SAE, Garnish, and Nimbus, Anthony offers both technical mastery and artistic guidance.
Daily workshops take place at AYA Studios Bali, a state-of-the-art creative complex in Ubud featuring analogue synths, pristine mixing/mastering suites, live rooms, and even a DJ/radio booth. You’ll get hands-on experience in Ableton, sound design, mixing, and mastering—while also exploring meditative practices to unlock new levels of creativity.
Your home for the 11-night stay is Loku Kedungu, a boutique resort near Tanah Lot temple. With stylish villas, lush gardens, spa treatments, a recovery area (sauna and cold plunge), and a tranquil pool, it offers the perfect balance of comfort, community, and inspiration. Kedungu beach is just 5 minutes away by scooter, where you can try a surf lesson or enjoy an epic sunset away from the Canggu crowds.

Schedule
The day schedule will consist of 2 x 2 hr lessons starting at 10 am. Your afternoon is free for you to either book extra studio time, meditation sessions, one-on-one mentorship with Anthony, or other activities. Sunday will be a day off for you to explore the island.

Directions
Guests should fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Bali’s main airport in Denpasar. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted in the arrivals area by our trusted driver, who will also send you a text message once you land to coordinate. From there, we’ll arrange your comfortable transfer directly to Loku Kedungu, so you can relax and begin your retreat journey with ease.
