Retreat Highlights

  • Core teaching: the Enlightened Living Operating System as presented in Book One. What "operating system" means, why the framework uses that language, and how it differs from belief-based spirituality.
  • First core principle from Book One. Teaching block paired with a short guided practice.
  • Reality Is Structured by Intelligence
  • The TELOS Self: Introducing the TELOS Self as the participant's true operating identity, distinct from the conditioned "Old Platform" personality. Teaching plus reflective journaling.
  • DNA Is the Bridge: Core Book One teaching on DNA as the bridge between Source and form — how the individual is literally, biologically, built to carry the Current.
  • First Activation Practice: Guided experiential practice: participants make first direct contact with their own TELOS Self. Paired partner or small-group sharing afterward.
  • The Universal Current: Core teaching on the Universal Current as the life force moving through form, and how it is either freely expressed or constricted by conditioning.
  • The Old Platform vs. the TELOS Architecture: Naming the inherited, fear-based operating patterns (the Old Platform) and contrasting them with the TELOS Architecture's design for conscious, integrated living. Small-group work identifying personal Old Platform patterns.
  • The Heart as Command Center: Introducing the Heart's role as the point where personal will/desire first synchronizes with the Universal Current. Guided heart-centered practice.
  • Personal TELOS Activation: Individual work: each participant drafts a personal activation statement — a concrete articulation of how they intend to live from the TELOS Self going forward.
  • Installation & Practices : Consolidating the workshop's teachings into a small set of repeatable daily practices participants can run without facilitator support.

Workshop Overview
You are not here to learn something new. You are here to remember what was structured into you before you had words for it.
The TELOS Foundation is a three-day, non-residential introduction to the TELOS framework as presented in The TELOS Foundation (Book One). It is built for participants with no prior TELOS exposure and takes them from first contact with the material through a guided personal activation.
The workshop is experiential first and conceptual second — every teaching block is paired with a practice so the material is felt in the body, not only understood in the mind.
Purpose
— Introduce the TELOS framework — the Enlightened Living Operating System — as a coherent, livable structure rather than an abstract philosophy.
— Give participants direct, felt access to their TELOS Self and the Universal Current moving through them.
— Translate core Book One teachings into practices participants can carry home and use immediately.
— Hold space, in Sedona, for a real energetic shift — not just information transfer.
Audience & Group Size
Audience: Spiritually curious adults new to TELOS; no prerequisite reading required, though familiarity with The TELOS Thesis deepens the experience.
Group size: 6–12 participants (small enough for circle work, large enough for group energetic dynamics)
Format: Non-residential — participants arrange their own lodging and transportation ( Kenton can give good recommendations)
Meals: Lunch is provided each day. Breakfast and dinner are on participants' own.
Logistics Snapshot
Duration: 3 consecutive days, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day
Location: Sedona, Arizona — indoor workshop space
Materials provided: Copy of TELOS: FOUNDATION The Enlightened Living Operating System
Participants bring: Water bottle, comfortable layered clothing, journal
Intake: Intake form must be completed for acceptance into the workshop group
One Pre-event personal phone session with Kenton prior to the event

Learning & Experiential Outcomes
By the close of Day Three, participants will be able to:
— Explain, in their own words, what TELOS means and how the Enlightened Living Operating System is structured.
— Identify their own TELOS Self as distinct from their conditioned personality — the "Old Platform."
— Describe the Universal Current and locate the Heart as the body's Command Center.
— Practice at least three TELOS installation tools independently, without facilitator guidance.
— Leave with a personal activation statement and a concrete next step for continued practice.

Schedule

Day One — Foundation: Waking Up to the TELOS Self
Before you build anything, you must first recognize the architecture. Day One is not instruction. It is recognition.

Day One orients participants to the room, to each other, and to the core premise of TELOS: that reality is structured by intelligence, and that they are not separate from that structure but an expression of it. The day moves from arrival and grounding into the foundational teaching of Book One, closing with the first direct experience of the TELOS Self.
TIME SESSION FOCUS
8:00 – 9:00 Arrival & Grounding Welcome, room orientation, brief grounding practice to settle the group before any teaching begins.
9:00 – 10:15 Opening Circle Introductions, intention-setting, and a facilitator-led framing of the three days — what TELOS is, why Sedona, what the group is here to do together.
10:15 – 11:15 What Is TELOS? Core teaching: the Enlightened Living Operating System as presented in Book One. What "operating system" means, why the framework uses that language, and how it differs from belief-based spirituality.
11:15 – 11:30 Break
11:30 – 12:30 Reality Is Structured by Intelligence First core principle from Book One. Teaching block paired with a short guided practice.
LUNCH — PROVIDED (60 minutes)
1:30 – 2:30 The TELOS Self Introducing the TELOS Self as the participant's true operating identity, distinct from the conditioned "Old Platform" personality. Teaching plus reflective journaling.
2:30 – 3:15 DNA Is the Bridge Core Book One teaching on DNA as the bridge between Source and form — how the individual is literally, biologically, built to carry the Current.
3:15 – 3:30 Break
3:30 – 4:30 First Activation Practice Guided experiential practice: participants make first direct contact with their own TELOS Self. Paired partner or small-group sharing afterward.
4:30 – 5:00 Closing Circle — Day One Brief reflections, one takeaway each, orientation to Day Two.

Day Two — Architecture: Mapping the Universal Current
What moves through you has always moved through you. Today we simply learn to read the map of where it goes.
Day Two builds the structural map: the Universal Current as the life force animating the individual, the Heart as Command Center, and the difference between the Old Platform's fragmented patterns and the TELOS Architecture's integrated design. The afternoon moves outdoors for a Sedona-specific experiential session before returning to close the day in circle.
TIME SESSION FOCUS
8:00 – 9:00 Morning Attunement Brief grounding and centering practice to re-enter the field established on Day One. What has everyone experienced since Day One? Insights.
9:20 – 10:30 The Universal Current Core teaching on the Universal Current as the life force moving through form, and how it is either freely expressed or constricted by conditioning.
10:30 – 10:45 Break
10:45 – 12:00 The Old Platform vs. the TELOS Architecture Naming the inherited, legacy operating patterns (the Old Platform) and contrasting them with the TELOS Architecture's design for conscious, integrated living. Small-group work identifying personal Old Platform patterns.
LUNCH — PROVIDED (60 minutes)
1:30 – 3:00 Sedona Experiential Session Outdoor session at a nearby site. Guided practice connecting the teaching on the Universal Current to direct, embodied experience of place. (Weather-dependent indoor alternative held in reserve.)
3:00 – 3:15 Break
3:15 – 4:15 The Heart as Command Center Introducing the Heart's role as the point where personal will first synchronizes with the Universal Current. Guided heart-centered practice.
4:15 – 5:00 Closing Circle — Day Two Group sharing on the outdoor session, integration of the day's architecture teachings, orientation to Day Three.

Day Three — Activation: Living the Operating System
A teaching that stays on the page has done nothing. Today the page closes, and the living begins.
Day Three shifts from teaching to installation. Participants consolidate the framework into practices they can run independently, arrive at a personal activation statement, and close the workshop with a formal transmission and a concrete path forward — including how Book Two, The Universal Current, continues the work.
TIME SESSION FOCUS
8:00 – 9:00 Morning Attunement Grounding practice, brief check-in on how the Sedona experiential session is still moving through participants.
9:20 – 10:30 Installation & Practices Consolidating the workshop's teachings into a small set of repeatable daily practices participants can run without facilitator support.
10:30 – 10:45 Break
10:45 – 12:00 Personal TELOS Activation Individual work: each participant drafts a personal activation statement — a concrete articulation of how they intend to live from the TELOS Self going forward.
LUNCH — PROVIDED (60 minutes)
1:30 – 2:30 Integration Circle Participants share their activation statements in a held, witnessed circle. Facilitator reflects common threads back to the group.
2:30 – 3:00 Break
3:00 – 3:45 Closing Transmission Facilitator-delivered closing transmission, formally closing the three-day container.
3:45 – 4:30 Next Steps & Continuing Path Overview of how to deepen the work: The TELOS Thesis for continued study, and a preview of Book Two, The Universal Current, for participants who want to go further.
4:30 – 5:00 Final Circle & Departure Closing words, gratitude round, informal departure.
