About this Retreat
Elisha has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years. Growing up she was always an active athlete and loved running and swimming, but when she started practicing yoga at an after-school program, she had no idea it would spark her lifelong love for yoga.
She became fully dedicated to her yoga practice when she signed up for her first yoga teacher training and started a daily yoga practice. She has since then taken numerous hours of additional workshops and classes.
With each of her classes, she hopes her students will learn something new, feel stronger, more energized, and will become more confident (on and off the mat).
Always an explorer, her love and curiosity for yoga inspired her to empower women to explore the world by hosting worldwide yoga retreats.
She is currently based in San Francisco and is available to teach private & corporate classes, weddings, and special events.
