"I arrived at the retreat location when it was already dark and as soon as I entered the porch of the house, I got a strong feeling that I came to the right place for my Ayahuasca journey. I did not need to see everything with my eyes to know that, and I was right. We were hosted by a lovely couple. From the start to the end of the retreat I felt fully taken care of by them and got all the help I needed, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. Ayahuasca ceremonies were led by Rindos Aguas, who I think did an amazing job both in the ceremony setting and between/after them. You could always ask questions, seek emotional support, or simply talk about life. Personally, for me, it was my second ayahuasca retreat experience and the medicine did wonders for me. I did not have a hard time during my two trips, but always felt that if I went through a rough patch, Rindos Aguas and three other helpers/facilitators would be there for me. The place itself is not a 5-star hotel type, for sure, but I think it is even better than that. It is in the heart of nature, full of beautiful views, fresh air and chicken running around. In the house, you can relax in 2 cozy common spaces with fireplaces. If you are too anxious or overwhelmed by your experiences and don't want to talk to people, you can always be comforted by 3 friendly dogs that live there as well. It was made sure that we were never hungry and were prepared delicious dieta food every day, and we could always find fruits in the kitchen if that was not enough. All in all, the place is very genuine, that has naturally grown throughout the years, and you can still find most of the amenities that a westerner needs - wifi, hot water, electrically heated beds, sauna, etc. I am very grateful for my experience there and would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to try this wonderful medicine, but is still not sure or afraid. ❤️"

"I came across this retreat via Retreat Guru and spoke with Rindos Aguas, the lead facilitator/shaman. It is important to contact them before booking! I got to learn about the history of the medicine and what led him to provide the experience for others. I asked many questions since it was my first time drinking the medicine. After speaking and filling out the questionnaire, I was accepted by the retreat and given more details about preparation and dieta which is extremely important to get the best outcomes. After two weeks of dieta, I arrived to a local train station in Portugal, was picked up, and brought to the beautiful property with much wildlife, trees, and lakes. The accommodations are comfortable and the most time was spent in nature or sitting outside. Food and drink according to dieta was healthy and fresh. I had the option to arrive before and stay after the ceremony, which really helped me settle into the environment and overcome my jet lag. I many times went to swim in the lake, do yoga, or meditation during my stay. As with the intro call, we had plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about the medicine. It was very clear that we each had the option to drink and in no way obligated to. I sat in a total of 9 with 6 of us as participants. The ceremonies themselves incorporate Peruvian/shipibo traditions, icaros, and instruments. After two different ceremony nights, I came away with a renewed perspective on my life and how I will continue to live. I have started to integrate what I have learned in my life, knowing that the majority of the work is done in integration and not in the ceremony itself. I cannot thank Rindos and team enough for the experience! Much love and light to those I sat on ceremony with as well. They are doing good work with honest intention, honoring the tradition, and helping people heal. Aho! ❤️❤️❤️"

"I was welcomed by a hug, something that has never happened to me. Rosa and Bianca, now my sister/mother/family, after just a few days, have touched my soul. The experience, I do not feel, would have been as magical without their help. I was taken care of, experienced the ultimate gift of life, in a safe and comfortable setting. The people there were also brilliant but what truly makes this a warm, loving place are the care and attention given to you to make this as safe as possible. They went through thorough testing to ensure suitability and despite my various flaws, ensured I could optimise the days I was there. I recently had the best day of my life and I can only thank them, and the Mother, for opening my eyes to see whats real. What is beautiful. I’ve seen green and red whisps of strand across the air, light inside the soul, beating and providing bliss, peace and love. I’ve seen the ground move like snakes and the ceiling flow like water. At the same time coming to a realisation, listening to the women singing and beating drums, that the world is magic. They helped me understand what I needed to, I have come home a reformed person. I truly see what is infront of me and it wasn't just the vine of the soul that did this, it was the combination which ultimately lead to a lifechanging experience. I am currently looking for the next dates I can return. 2-3 days was perfect. Hot showers, comfortable beds, and beautiful background and animals really enhightened the experience. Ladies, if you are reading this, than you for such an enriching and soul ignighting time. Words cannot express the gratitute, and love I have for you. The last night was the best night I have ever expereinced in my life. I finally saw, I finally understood, things I could never grasp my head around or feel in a decade. "How to put this into words…from the moment I arrived, I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and caring environment. (Alphabetically!) Axis, Bianca, Chiara, Kristina and Riccardo are some of the most genuinely amazing people you will ever meet, and also extremely knowledgeable about plant medicine. The setting is beautiful as well. You are truly in good hands and the initial integration call, 121 meeting prior to the first ceremony and “sharing circle” the day after are brilliant to put you at ease. Met some amazing people on similar journeys and feel extremely grateful for the experience. Not sure if the retreat has or will change me going forward, but I am already noticing a few changes in perception. A connection to my personal path was a big motivation for me coming in, and I think the amazing space holders and medicine have given me a platform. If you are in any doubts, I would take a leap…you won’t regret it. 100/10, would recommend :) R"

"When I arrived at Faro airport, I honestly did not know what to expect. Feelings of apprehension were strong, but as soon as I found João waiting for me in arrivals they dissipated. The drive from the airport took roughly 40 minutes, and upon arrival at the house, Fatima warmly greeted me like an old friend. I felt incredibly welcomed and safe, and after some time had passed and the ongoing ceremony had finished I had my one on one with Fatima and set my intention for the first ceremony and went to bed feeling reassured that I was where I needed to be. The ceremony room was incredibly well curated and felt like exactly the right place to be doing the work I needed. The ceremonies themselves were both the hardest and most profound experience of my life, yet despite the challenges, Fatima, Bianca, João, and Alex were all there on hand to help me when I needed it. While I struggled with the experiences on different days in different ways, I never felt unsafe. After the ceremony there was always plenty of amazing food available, and a safe space to process and recount my experience with the other participants before heading to bed. Overall I cannot rate this experience high enough. The entire team of facilitators was just amazing, as were the rest of the group. Though we all had our own demons to battle, we all shared in this beautiful, transformative experience, and I wouldn't change any aspect of it for anything in the world. If you are looking for THE place in Europe to do the work, this is it. I will be back in the future, of that I am sure. 100 stars out of 5."

"I have just done my first Ayahuasca retreat with Vine of the Soul. The experience was truly life-changing and I saw an abundance of healing in myself and others. Fatima and Bianca really know what they are doing, so I felt in very safe hands. Proper integration and preparation Is obviously obviously key, and they are both really good at helping you through both phases. Ceremony music is crucial too, as it guides you through the experience emotionally, and the music was absolutely phenomenal. I have a big playlist to take home! Doing Aya for the first time can be a daunting experience, but if you feel called to do it, you will be in excellent and loving hands if you chose this retreat."
