"Let me first start by saying that Danilo, Ilse, and Bruno are a class act. Ill summarize the experience first: 1. World class hospitality in the comfort of their own home. 2. Serene, quiet setting surrounded by nature and walking trail. 3. Small group setting allowed for focused 1-on-1 attention throughout the experience. --------- This was my first time ever with plant medicine, and/or a spiritual retreat of any kind. I wouldn't say that I was skeptical, I just didn't know what to expect. I've had a calling to try aya for the year leading up to it, and finally decided to bite the bullet. And boy am I glad that I did. This experience was truly life-changing-- and I don't say that lightly. I flew into Malaga and spent a day in the city before starting the 5-day Christmas retreat. The drive to their location was easy and they are able to arrange transportation for you if needed. Upon arrival, the reception was warm and welcoming and they made you feel like you've already known them for years. I'll spare you the details of MY particular experience with the plant medicine because I believe that it would be very specific to the individual (and what they're looking to achieve). But, I will say that I got WAY more than I anticipated out of the experience. It was absolutely magical. Not in the sense of just any psychedelic experience, but more so in the sense of connecting to bigger parts of you (and the universe) that I didn't know existed previously. It was beautiful. It taught me love. It showed me true peace. It gave me a sense of serenity that I still feel to this day (almost one month later). It was truly the most important thing that I've done in my life. Again, I don't say that lightly. The plant purge at the beginning combined with the meditation and fasting was a cleanse like I've never had before. Before this retreat, I have been fasting weekly for 36-hours so I'm no stranger to fasting. This plant purge was way more powerful and effective than anything I'd done previously. The same goes for both Kombo sessions we did. They were so powerful that I decided to get the Kombo markings tattooed on my body, so that I never forget what that felt like. By integrating the plant medicine with the San Pedro, the Cacao, or the Rapeh-- you will have the opportunity to experience the different ways that ayahuasca can be used to achieve different experiences. Finally, we were also able to experience Bufo at the end of the retreat. That was such an extraordinary experience that will also stick with me for a long time to come. I know this is a long review, but I only type this because it was truly life changing, and so so worth it. The other participants with me also left with raving reviews and we all had such a great experience. Thank you Danilo, Ilse, Bruno, Gaia, and Porchi for changing my life, my perspective, and my vision of the world. "I cannot compliment Danilo, Ilse and Bruno at Gaia For You for the most transformative experience of my life. Ilse booked me a taxi in advance as agreed. On arrive I was greeted by the taxi driver who pick me up from the airport, which went pretty much as planned. We travelled in a comfy vehicle to a Mijas on the outskirts of Malaga (about 1/2h travel time). It's secluded and has a great view of the countryside to facilitate one's spiritual forays. There is a large farm and grounds to wonder around. A lot of the food came from the farm itself such as avocados, oranges, papaya and more. For the actual activities, please refer to their website. My understanding of shamanic spirituality is basic at best. I attend the 5 day Christmas retreat. Our group consisted on four. On the first day we undertook a cleansing purge which meant a number of visits to the toilet. Danilo, Ilse and Bruno managed the Ayahuasca ceremonies, there were four of us on this retreat. I felt safe and reassured that I was being cared for. The San Pedro experience was amazing and enhanced the Ayahuasca Ceremony in the evening. As a group we opted to understand the Bufa ceremony with was an amazing out of body experience. I have recommended this retreat to a few friends who will book. It felt nice being in a family environment. The food was amazing – all credit to Illse. I have left this retreat with direction, purpose and more spiritual outlook on life. "

"What a wonderful experience! I and 5 other people I’ve never met attended the retreat at the start of December. I was made to feel truly welcome and cared for from the start by Danilo and Ilse, at a challenging and questioning time in my life. All of the attendees bonded from the start; everyone was happy to open and share putting us all at ease. This was made so easy by the beautiful setting and the warm and supportive nature of our hosts. I felt a bit broken going in to the retreat, but was reassured that everyone there, although we all had different issues to explore and deal with, were ultimately there for the same very human reasons. "I recently had the pleasure of attending this retreat, and I can confidently say it was one of the most significant experiences I've ever encountered. From start to finish, every aspect of this retreat radiated excellence, love and acceptance. Upon arrival, I was greeted by warm smiles and porchi the most fantastic dog ever which instantly made me feel at home. "that’s the word i have been using the most when describing the experience to my friends. danilo’s and ilse’s intelligent approach is spiritual and therapeutic, serious and playful - perfectly adapted to our “european” culture. the fact that we were a small group of only 5, stayed in their home together with their child gaia and (therapy) dog porchi, the cozy dome in the garden where the ceremonies were held while we could watch the stars, the combination of different plant medicines (rapéh, kambo, san pedro, bufo alvaris), the integration sessions every morning (which were at least as important as the ceremonies themselves), ilse’s singing (she has the voice of an angel), the tasty homecooked meals, and last but not least not being eaten alive by ants in the rainforest - all the above made the experience a “complete” one for me. the welcoming atmosphere made everyone feel at home and at easy quickly, able to be open to an often entirely new experience. i wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. thanks a lot!"
