"I was welcomed by a hug, something that has never happened to me. Rosa and Bianca, now my sister/mother/family, after just a few days, have touched my soul. The experience, I do not feel, would have been as magical without their help. I was taken care of, experienced the ultimate gift of life, in a safe and comfortable setting. The people there were also brilliant but what truly makes this a warm, loving place are the care and attention given to you to make this as safe as possible. They went through thorough testing to ensure suitability and despite my various flaws, ensured I could optimise the days I was there. I recently had the best day of my life and I can only thank them, and the Mother, for opening my eyes to see whats real. What is beautiful. I’ve seen green and red whisps of strand across the air, light inside the soul, beating and providing bliss, peace and love. I’ve seen the ground move like snakes and the ceiling flow like water. At the same time coming to a realisation, listening to the women singing and beating drums, that the world is magic. They helped me understand what I needed to, I have come home a reformed person. I truly see what is infront of me and it wasn't just the vine of the soul that did this, it was the combination which ultimately lead to a lifechanging experience. I am currently looking for the next dates I can return. 2-3 days was perfect. Hot showers, comfortable beds, and beautiful background and animals really enhightened the experience. Ladies, if you are reading this, than you for such an enriching and soul ignighting time. Words cannot express the gratitute, and love I have for you. The last night was the best night I have ever expereinced in my life. I finally saw, I finally understood, things I could never grasp my head around or feel in a decade. "How to put this into words…from the moment I arrived, I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and caring environment. (Alphabetically!) Axis, Bianca, Chiara, Kristina and Riccardo are some of the most genuinely amazing people you will ever meet, and also extremely knowledgeable about plant medicine. The setting is beautiful as well. You are truly in good hands and the initial integration call, 121 meeting prior to the first ceremony and “sharing circle” the day after are brilliant to put you at ease. Met some amazing people on similar journeys and feel extremely grateful for the experience. Not sure if the retreat has or will change me going forward, but I am already noticing a few changes in perception. A connection to my personal path was a big motivation for me coming in, and I think the amazing space holders and medicine have given me a platform. If you are in any doubts, I would take a leap…you won’t regret it. 100/10, would recommend :) R"

"When I arrived at Faro airport, I honestly did not know what to expect. Feelings of apprehension were strong, but as soon as I found João waiting for me in arrivals they dissipated. The drive from the airport took roughly 40 minutes, and upon arrival at the house, Fatima warmly greeted me like an old friend. I felt incredibly welcomed and safe, and after some time had passed and the ongoing ceremony had finished I had my one on one with Fatima and set my intention for the first ceremony and went to bed feeling reassured that I was where I needed to be. The ceremony room was incredibly well curated and felt like exactly the right place to be doing the work I needed. The ceremonies themselves were both the hardest and most profound experience of my life, yet despite the challenges, Fatima, Bianca, João, and Alex were all there on hand to help me when I needed it. While I struggled with the experiences on different days in different ways, I never felt unsafe. After the ceremony there was always plenty of amazing food available, and a safe space to process and recount my experience with the other participants before heading to bed. Overall I cannot rate this experience high enough. The entire team of facilitators was just amazing, as were the rest of the group. Though we all had our own demons to battle, we all shared in this beautiful, transformative experience, and I wouldn't change any aspect of it for anything in the world. If you are looking for THE place in Europe to do the work, this is it. I will be back in the future, of that I am sure. 100 stars out of 5."

"I have just done my first Ayahuasca retreat with Vine of the Soul. The experience was truly life-changing and I saw an abundance of healing in myself and others. Fatima and Bianca really know what they are doing, so I felt in very safe hands. Proper integration and preparation Is obviously obviously key, and they are both really good at helping you through both phases. Ceremony music is crucial too, as it guides you through the experience emotionally, and the music was absolutely phenomenal. I have a big playlist to take home! Doing Aya for the first time can be a daunting experience, but if you feel called to do it, you will be in excellent and loving hands if you chose this retreat."

"I’d been considering a retreat like this for some time but was always busy making excuses. Classic avoidance strategies: “Yes it’s a good idea, but I’ll do it after this or once I’ve done that.” Of course, eventually, the impetus came. Life sent a reminder, and… some research later… I booked the retreat. I was nervous right up until my intro call when I realised I’d made the right decision. Talking it through helped. Yes, I was still nervous, but now I believed more in the process. Once you arrive and settle in, you’re given the opportunity to speak one-to-one with Bianca, Fatima, and Stefan. In those conversations I found myself opening up more than I have for a long time because I was being met with such understanding, compassion, and insight. Looking back I can see how important these first conversations were. They laid the foundation for the whole process, gave me clarity on my intention, set expectations, and prepared me for the work. I feel very lucky to have been able to spend time with the Vine team, and all my fellow participants, on the retreat. I learned a lot from everyone and already miss our conversations. I could go on and on about this weekend: the group chats, how great the food was, how much I loved the music, the rollercoaster heart-opening plant journeys of course, but I’ll simply say:

"Where to begin? I visited Heart Wellness at the end of April for my first experience of plant medicine, booking it the week before on a spontaneous decision. I went into the experience having not done a lot of research as I didn't want to have too high expectations going into it, but what I can tell you wholeheartedly is that I honestly ended up having the greatest, life changing experience of my life. Coming out of an unexpected marriage breakdown but in a good place, having been through counselling and worked on myself I had an idea of what intentions I wished to take into the ceremonies. However it was the one on one discussions I had with Owen, Fatima and Bianca that actually gave me the clarity I needed for each evening. Having never experienced psychedelics before I felt incredibly safe with the team and location to surrender to the experience. Now one month later I can confirm that what I felt coming from the ceremony was not temporary, has caused healing in my mind that I could never have dreamt of achieving in this lifetime. "I would recommend anyone looking to try Ayahuavasca to go to a place like Heart Wellness which is such a warm and safe space to have such an intense experience. Bianca and Fatima created the perfect set through 1:1s, intention setting sessions and sharing circles to prepare us for Ayahuavasca as well as the right setting (through lightning, music, mattresses/blankets, fruits to get rid off the taste ect.) to have the best possible experience. The level of thoughtfulness was impressive and I loved how much our group connected throughout the retreat. Also, I love the therapeutic approach they took on Ayahuavasca, which made us really benefit from experience (I describe it to my friends as 20 years worth of therapy in 5 days). Other factors that made our experience so special include fun beach excursions during the day (there are breathtaking beaches in the Algarve!), beautiful nature surrounding the retreat and great food. I am very grateful to have had such a beneficial experience of trying Ayahuavasca for the first time and will be back in a few months. "

"I want to start by saying if you are thinking of going to a retreat with Heart-Wellness, go for it, you are in safe hands! The ladies who run it are so knowledgeable, in tune, caring, and have a wicked sense of humour! I went on a private retreat after very short notice from my side, and they were very accommodating. Welcoming me with open arms. The setting is traditional Portuguese countryside comfotable accommodation in nature. Yet only about a 10 min drive to the stunning beaches and town. They went our of their way to show me around the local area in my spare time. The food is delicious and healthy. I stayed for an extra couple of nights as I loved it there so much. "I was very nervous going to this retreat because I'd never done anything like it before and I was in a fragile place emotionally having just ended a 4 and a half year relationship. First thing you must know is that you're in very safe experienced hands. From the moment we had our induction call I was cared for and supported by Bianca and Fatima. They were my guides, therapists, mothers, fathers, friends and facilitators. Everything I needed they supplied both physically and emotionally. I got so much out of the experience, more than I anticipated which is saying something because I had high expectations. I will recommending this to everyone who I feel is ready. I feel like a new person or maybe just back to my old self with layers stripped off me. Layers that weighed me down. I'm now lighter and more free with a new spirit animal to guide me 🐺🌕. I'm excited to try out the tools I learned while at the Heart Wellness Centre. I will return one day to this magical space, to see my wonderful friends again for more treatment when the time is right. "
