With over 30 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, teacher, and bestselling author, she gently guides others on the path of transformation, weaving together the best of modern psychology, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom traditions.

Lucid dreaming has been a natural part of Liisa’s life since childhood. At just five years old, she began exploring the dream world—and decades later, she was given the rare honor of being authorized by her teacher, Tarab Tulku, Lharampa Geshe, to share the profound practices of Tibetan Lucid Dreaming. These teachings, once kept secret and passed only to a few, are now gateways she shares openly—doorways to freedom, healing, and a new relationship with life itself.
