Founder of Pura Vida Wellbeing Retreats, traveler, self-healing coach, nature lover, and believer in the power of self-healing.
This retreat was born from my own transformation. For years, I lived disconnected from my body, chasing expectations that weren’t mine. I looked like I had it all together, but inside I felt ungrounded, uninspired, and far from who I really was.
It wasn’t until I slowed down, returned to nature, and began to listen deeply to my breath, my body, and my soul, that I truly began to heal. And in that process, I realized: this journey isn’t meant to be walked alone.
Pura Vida Wellbeing Retreat is the space I once needed, and now feel deeply called to offer. A sacred container where women can soften, express, move, release, and return to their most natural state: whole, wild, and free.
Costa Rica called me with its magical beauty and raw spirit. It’s more than a beautiful location; it’s a co-facilitator in this work. Every tree, every wave, every sunrise is part of the healing.
