After a corporate career life was calling me to explore and realise myself. I went on a deep transformative journey into the depths of my own being. I found out that I was destined to live a life dedicating myself to self realization and self initiation. These days working with individuals and groups in one on one sessions, trainings and retreats. With a background and trainings in different styles of coaching, therapy, yoga, meditation, Jungian depth psychology, shadow work, shamanic and tantric practices I love to explore the depth of our human exinstence.

Over the past 10 years, I have developed into an experienced coach, therapist and facilitator of psychedelic sessions. My experience in coaching and therapeutic counselling comes mainly through thorough self-examination and reflection, through the best education and training in the profession of coaching and in-depth Jungian therapeutic or depth psychological work. In addition, studies in various forms of yoga and meditation and teaching and passing on this philosophy and practice have made me very aware of myself and my body. Really learning to listen to my body, learning to work with life energy and how to channel it, teaching an sich and using myself as a channel and part of something bigger, of spirit, which flows through me and shares its energy through me - inspiration or creation energy that wants to be shared or manifested.

My background in guiding psychedelic sessions started with participating and experiencing many different ceremonies with plant medicines such as ayahuasca and peyote myself under the guidance of traditional shamans from South America, such as the Huni Kuin tribe, the Yawanawa tribe and maestros of the Shipibo from Peru. Most of all, I worked with the Huni Kuin, a tribe living deep in the jungles of Brazil. I was so fascinated by their ceremonies that I wanted to experience and learn more about how they live and work with their plant medicines. Therefore, I visited them twice deep in the jungle of Brazil and got to experience how they live in harmony with nature and the elements. I also learned from them how to lead ceremonies from a basis of deep trust in myself, the other, the plant medicine and spirit and how to keep space in the circle and trust everyone's process and that the plant medicine always gives what is needed.

Additionally, in the Netherlands, I worked and experimented with truffles and mushrooms in different sets and settings, with guidance and music. Just until the perfect setting was created for an optimal journey that feels appropriate and in tune with the needs of our time. This has become the basis for the psychedelic sessions or truffle ceremonies I now facilitate in 1-1 sessions and group ceremonies.
