Anjali Perera is a Sri Lankan yoga teacher and mindfulness guide with over a decade of experience supporting students on journeys of physical balance, emotional clarity, and inner stillness.

Rooted in the traditions of classical Hatha yoga and informed by modern somatic awareness, Anjali’s teaching style is intuitive, grounding, and deeply compassionate. Her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, offering students the space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate presence — both on and off the mat.

Growing up surrounded by Sri Lanka’s natural beauty, Anjali draws inspiration from the rhythms of nature, Ayurveda, and Buddhist philosophy. At UNU, she creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for practitioners of all levels, guiding guests through practices that restore the nervous system, improve mobility, and encourage self-inquiry.

Whether leading sunrise flows overlooking lush landscapes or gentle evening restoratives under the stars, Anjali’s intention is simple: to help each guest feel supported, nourished, and more deeply connected to themselves.
