For me, awakening Kundalini energy is the ultimate path to consciousness expansion, an open heart, and a flowing body full of energy.

ANJA'S STORY

More than 23 years ago, my spiritual path began with a Vipassana course in India. My fascination with the mystical soon led me deep into the world of Tantra, where my sensitivity to energy gained momentum. From feeling nothing, to intensely sensing myself, others, and the field around us. The mystery of energy and the Quantum Field continues to fascinate me to this day.

I feel I'm here to live by example of what's possible and to help restore balance. Primarily by demonstrating what it's like to live from your essence, beyond societal and parental programming. I deeply believe we create our own reality, and that the only thing holding you back from being fully yourself is… you. The possibilities are endless.

My challenge is to continually push the boundaries of possibility and play within that field of infinity. This requires deep processes of letting go. Living in Alignment remains a game. It becomes easier and faster, but not necessarily less intense.

What I love most is playing with energy—through dance, (Kundalini) energy, and a deep connection with nature. Everything I share comes from personal experience. With an honest, subjective filter: what really works, for me and for the people I work with.
