Dolama Mantas as a Shaman & Guide
A Journey of Dedication & Mastery
Dolama Mantas is not just a shaman—he is a true seeker, a yogi, and a master of spiritual
disciplines. His path has been one of relentless dedication, venturing into the depths of self-
discovery through years of solitude and intensive practice. From the remote forests of the Amazon
to the caves of the Himalayas, Dolama has devoted his life to reaching higher states of
consciousness and guiding others on their spiritual journeys.
Feeling that life was meant for more than just material pursuits, he left behind the comforts of
modern existence and immersed himself meditating in nature. His commitment to spiritual growth
and service has shaped him into the guide he is today—one who leads with wisdom, strength, and
deep compassion.

A Legacy Passed Down from the Grandfather Shaman
Dolama’s initiation into Amazonian shamanism was through the teachings of the revered Abuelo, a
legendary hermit-healer who lived deep in the Peruvian jungle. At 93 years old, Abuelo had already
spent a lifetime in service to the medicine, healing countless souls who sought his wisdom.
In the course of seven years, Dolama had many times lived and learned under Abuelo’s guidance as
one of his closest disciples. More than just the techniques of guiding Ayahuasca and Master Plant
ceremonies, Dolama absorbed the deeper essence of shamanism—the path of unconditional love,
humility, and service.
Even after Abuelo’s passing in 2018, his presence lives on in Dolama’s work. Every ceremony
guided by Dolama carries a part of Abuelo’s energy, light, and love.

What Does Dolama Mantas Do During Ceremonies?
As a shaman, Dolama Mantas guides sacred ceremonies with master plants such as Ayahuasca,
Wachuma (San Pedro cactus), Cacao, and Tobacco purge, along with other powerful plant
medicines and rituals. He leads participants not only through the ceremonies but also through the
preparation of these sacred plants—an important part of the journey. Together, we gather around the
bonfire to prepare and cook the medicine, chanting mantras, shamanic ícaros, and songs to infuse
the plants with prayers and intentions, deepening our connection to their spirit.
During the ceremonies, Dolama serves the medicine and guides the experience, accompanying
participants through their journey with ancient mantras, powerful shamanic songs, and sacred
rituals. With his shamanic drum, Mapacho tobacco, and other ancestral practices, he holds a strong
and protective space, allowing deep healing and profound understanding to unfold.
Dolama’s mantras and presence serve as a guiding force, blessing participants with the energy of the
plants and his years of experience. No matter how deep or intense the ceremony becomes, he
remains fully present and in control, always ready to assist those who need support.
