Kelly Loya is the founder of Elevate Retreat at Sky Island Lodge, a structured self guided retreat experience created for high performers seeking clarity, discipline, and reconnection in a world built around constant distraction.

After years of balancing leadership, business, family responsibilities, and relentless output, Kelly recognized how easy it is for capable people to slowly lose alignment with themselves while still appearing successful on the outside. Elevate Retreat was built from that realization.

Her work combines structured reflection, intentional solitude, mindset development, movement, nervous system reset practices, and nature immersion to help guests reconnect with their standards, habits, and internal clarity.

Rather than teaching motivation or surface level self help, Kelly focuses on creating environments and experiences that challenge people to slow down, think honestly, eliminate distraction, and rebuild how they operate in everyday life.
