Terence (Terry) Uys

Terence Uys is the founder of The Firekeeper, a grounded men’s retreat experience based in the forests and farmlands of Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Combining nature immersion, firewalking, brotherhood work and real-world experience, he creates spaces where men can disconnect from pressure, reconnect with themselves and build authentic connection with others.

His work focuses on resilience, honest conversation, personal growth and helping men reconnect with purpose through challenge, reflection and community.
