Sarah Rose

Sarah is a licensed psilocybin facilitator, spiritual mentor, and sacred ceremonialist who has been working with the mushrooms for the past 10 years. Her path into this work began in the traditions of a shamanic church and was later shaped through certification with the InnerTrek training program.
In addition to plant medicine, she is trained in meditation, sound healing, and energy healing. Her deepest calling is women’s work. For more than a decade, she has gathered women in circle to reclaim who they are, remember that they belong, and trust the wisdom that lives within them. It is her deepest honor to hold sacred space for healing, connection, and empowerment.
Sarah is a child of the earth, born and raised in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. The forest has always been her greatest teacher, and she can often be found hugging trees, staring at moss, or sitting beside streams with her guitar, offering prayers through song back to the earth.
