About the Teacher
Why study with them?
With a background in ballet and over 20 years of movement experience, I first discovered yoga in 2013 after relocating to Australia. What began as a purely physical practice soon evolved into a deep appreciation for yoga as a lifestyle — both on and off the mat. Since completing my first training at Yandara Yoga Institute in 2015, I’ve continued to explore various styles including Hot Yoga, Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa — ultimately falling in love with the fluidity and freedom of Vinyasa. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a playful, curious journey that invites us to connect body, breath, and spirit. Over the past decade, I’ve practiced and studied with inspiring teachers around the world, from Australia and New Zealand to India, Japan, and beyond.
