Hello! I am Elyse, I have been a therapist and coach for seventeen years. I create space for people to remember who they are and live into that true glimmer of themselves. I LOVE ideas and launching and possibility and collaboration. I work with people one on one and with organizations.

I am living into new ways of defining myself, even introducing myself here. I am many things at once, a collision of creativity, hope, grit, laughter, love, wit. I am becoming and unbecoming, I am a paradox, an artist, a thinker, a tinkerer, a loud laugher. I am a mother. A wanderer. Someone in pursuit of a full life.
