This path of remembrance I am humbly walking has helped restore my ability to nourish the aspects of myself + community which deserve our upmost care and love.
Born of Jamaican and Iranian descent, I have been raised by parents and elders who have helped guide me towards rediscovering the ancient forms in which communities gather, heal, and grow together.
For well over a decade I have been studying, learning from, and working directly with various plant teachers and their respective ceremonies. Apprenticing for many years with initiated elders of several traditions has left me with an immense passion and responsibility to carry these teachings with the upmost reverence and integrity.
