Why study with them?

Sarah Hilpert is part of the leadership team at LaWayra, bringing a background in international management, business development, and coaching to the retreat experience. After years working in the corporate world, Sarah followed her own journey of personal growth and transformation, which led her to Colombia and to the work of creating meaningful spaces for others - bridging the worlds of ancestral wisdom and modern approaches to healing, growth, and transformation.
As General Manager, Sarah combines organizational expertise with a deep passion for personal development, community building, and creating accessible, well-structured retreat experiences. She is dedicated to ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they begin their journey with LaWayra.
