Sophie is a skilled and compassionate guide with a strong foundation in psychology, counselling, and plant medicine. She began with a degree in Counselling and Psychology, followed by two years as a trauma-informed social worker supporting vulnerable youth in the UK. Her own healing journey, including recovery from autoimmune conditions through natural methods, led her to traditional plant medicine. She trained in Peru with indigenous healers in the use of Ayahuasca and Kambo, and went on to gain more than three years of experience as a psychedelic therapist and integration coach at European retreat centres. At Vine of the Soul, Sophie specializes in preparation and integration, helping participants navigate their journeys with clarity and grounded support. She blends scientific understanding with somatic wisdom and spiritual insight, creating a compassionate space for lasting transformation.
