Sally Nilsson

Sally Nilsson is an experienced facilitator, coach, mentor and instructor in Eponaquest horse-led leadership, mindfulness and personal development activities. She is a certified life coach with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

Prior to this path, Sally spent 15 years as a corporate attorney in London and Hong Kong. Her communication skills and emotional intelligence have always been at the core of her leadership style. After reaching the position of General Counsel, she stepped off the corporate path to follow her passion and moved to Costa Rica to focus on supporting others to find and access the life they truly want and to believe that, like her, they can create it.

Sally co-founded Tula Vida Transformational Horse Experiences with Eric Kolesar in 2019. They recently created their own stunning retreat in the heart of nature in Costa Rica, with the Tula Vida horse herd at the centre, with a mission to support people in a deeper connection with themselves through horses, nature and experience.
