Eric Kolesar

Eric Kolesar is a Certified Equine Experiential Learning Facilitator in the renowned Eponaquest model, a Masterson Equine Specialist, an Equine Facilitated Sand Play Practitioner, a Certified Professional Life Coach, a 500 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and an expert in multiple modalities of energy work.

With understanding, compassion and mindfulness as the cornerstones of his beliefs and life work, Eric uses a variety of techniques firmly grounded in neuroscience to balance both mind and body, and liberate your authentic self to share your gifts with the world. He is the founder of Higher Living Now, guiding people to self-empowerment through experiences with horses, yoga, coaching and adventure.

Eric co-founded Tula Vida Transformational Horse Experiences with Sally Nilsson in 2019. They recently created their own stunning retreat in the heart of nature in Costa Rica, with the Tula Vida horse herd at the centre, with a mission to support people in a deeper connection with themselves through horses, nature and experience.
