About the Teacher

Why study with them?

I co-founded the Innerland Institute, in Vancouver, Canada in 2003 with the strong passion and desire for honest deep communication, the kind of exchange that gives you inner freedom, joy and deep purpose. I’m the co-creator of the IBC (Inquiry-Based Coaching) method combined with my rendition of partwork and heart alchemy. These are powerful self-awareness methodologies that support individuals and organizations to find clarity, empowerment, inner alignment, deep ease and understanding. I’ve led retreats since 2005 in Canada, USA, Mexico and Europe. I live to create containers of deep existential exploration that supports deep updating of our inner system inviting clarity, purpose, love and service.

Living Your Inner Freedom is in reach
Tania Fierro and Pedro Cortina are warm, kind, supportive, and and sharing their passion for wellbeing in an extraordinarily effective way. The system they have developed and teach--Inquiry Based Coaching--manages to address the complexities of working with the many "parts" we all carry and express in a structured, relatively simple way without stripping away the humanity of the topic. They are passionate about IBC and want to share it will the world, and are doing so for the right reasons. That is, to reduce the internal suffering humans experience.

If you've ever wondered what drives your behavior; why certain circumstances are triggering, while others make you feel dissociated from your "true self," I highly recommend attending their training, reading their book, and otherwise engaging with the Innerland Institute. I can say, without hyperbole, it will change the relationship with yourself, and therefore, life.
