Bara Chechova
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Bara is a certified and insured practitioner with over 20 years of experience in meditation, breathwork, yoga and various forms of bodywork.
Her passion is to share the beauty and essence of life through holistic practices, which can empower individuals to live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
Bara loves to see her clients grow and relax, becoming stronger but softer at the same time. Being able to listen to their body, follow the rhythm of the breath, soften… Developing strength in the body and lightness in the mind.
Bara's journey began in 1999, when she discovered the true art and practice of yoga through the Yoga in Daily Life tradition, founded by Swami Maheshwarananda. This path led her to understand the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit, and inspired her to share this knowledge with others. She received my yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram in India.
Through her own personal experience, Bara has witnessed the transformative power of yoga, breathwork and meditation. These practices have not only helped her heal physical pains and aches but have also taught her how to connect with herself, balance her mind and body, and appreciate the beauty of life.
Bara's goal is to share the pure essence and benefits of these practices with everyone. She believes that everyone can benefit from a healthier and more balanced approach to life.
May all living beings be happy, healthy, peaceful and liberated.
