Mara Miranda

Mara Miranda is the co-founder of Maravilha Retreat in Búzios and a lifelong healer. Raised just outside Rio de Janeiro, she spent many years in Southern California before returning home to Brazil to create Maravilha. For about 20 years she has worked with private clients, offering somatic bodywork, massage, breathwork and sound-bowl healing. Mara is a certified masseuse, yoga instructor and personal trainer, and a level-4 Reiki master. She is also a mother of three and a four-time IFBB champion, and she speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
