Monika Nataraj is a luminous torchbearer of the sacred feminine, a global mystic devoted to awakening the ecstatic wisdom of the body and the ancient remembrance of the Goddess. For more than two decades, she has pioneered ritual movement as transformational medicine — guiding women into the alchemy of embodiment where dance becomes prayer, and devotion becomes liberation.
Her work is a living transmission of embodied Tantra — a weaving of ceremony, meditation, sacred dance, and initiatic temple arts that opens gateways to self-realization and ecstatic remembrance. Through her Mystical Dance® and Shakti Spirit® teacher trainings, Monika has initiated over 300 women from 48 nations into the mystery and mastery of feminine awakening, each carrying forward her flame as priestesses, teachers, and embodiments of the living temple.
Having journeyed across all seven continents and more than 70 countries, Monika’s teachings are enriched by profound initiations from masters of Shakta Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and Shamanism. Born in India and now residing on the crystalline shores of Koh Phangan, Thailand, she continues to share her artistry in retreats, pilgrimages, and immersions across the globe — inviting women to reclaim their wild innocence, their sacred sensuality, and their birthright as radiant embodiments of the Divine.
