Why study with them?
Her teaching is based on vinyasa yoga. a dynamic yoga class practised to music where she focuses on detail, alignment of postures, awareness of breath with movement.
You'll learn to control your breath and develop your strength and flexibility. Your mind will calm down and you'll come away with greater confidence and a better understanding of yourself.
Throughout the class, Laura makes adjustments to help you understand the postures better and become more aware of your body. The music is also there to help you free your mind and go further.
Laura doesn't see the practice of yoga in terms of goals to be achieved, but as a practice that allows us to evolve, grow, and enrich ourselves constantly.
