Hélène

Hélène is holistic health practitioner, facilitator, conduit and awareness coach, with a scientific background and PhD in Virology, from the Netherlands.

She embodies the path From Thinking To Being after in 2021, during the pandemic, she decided to quit her job as a scientific researcher at a major Dutch university and started her own retreat center in the Netherlands.

She recently developed the From Thinking To Being method where energetic work is combined with increasing awareness, a combination that allows you to develop yourself both personally and professionally. By now she has supported, guided and inspired over 150 clients. With Hélène's core values are Pure, Grounded, and Simple she empowers you to step into the next version of yourself.
