Why study with them?
My birth name is David Bóris, which is derived from a biblical character symbolizing a beloved warrior. The theme of fighting for love has been prevalent in my life. Yoga became a means for me to cultivate self-love. Embracing a path of self-discovery, I adopted the name Raj Das, where 'Raj' signifies king and 'Das' denotes devotion.
I humorously acknowledge that "a 'raj' is nothing without the 'das'," emphasizing my dedication to Bhakti Yoga. I place my faith in the transformative power of mantra, meditation, and Jap repetition.
During our session, we will incorporate Yin Yoga techniques and Kryias to prepare the body for mantra chanting and meditation. My goal is to create a nurturing environment for all, fostering self-awareness and unlocking new possibilities for unity among us.
