About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Mira is a certified life coach and yoga teacher (500 RYT). She guides people to step into their power through mindfulness. She opens imaginations to possibilities in a more liberated and peaceful sense of self. Mira is a yoga teacher at Alo Yoga's flagship store, where she guides mindful movement classes.
Mira taught yoga to presidential families, Hollywood celebrities, and at world-class institutions, including the University of Chicago.
Mira holds a 200-hour power certification and extensive training in various formats—including breathwork, Bare, Tone, Flow & Stretch, Power, Fundamentals, Hot Power Fusion, and Sculpt—her teaching is both dynamic and grounding. She also holds a 300-hour certification in meditation, ashtanga, and hatha yoga from the Bali School of Yoga.
Mira creates a fun space for everyone to be accepted as they are.
After immigrating and living in survival mode for over a decade, Mira transformed her life by cultivating a strong mind-body connection. Her work, rooted in ideals of peace and equity, has been featured in The Guardian, LA Times, and Spectrum News.
Today, she is dedicated to helping others live their best lives through the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness.
