Fr. John Rooney

Ordained a priest in 1989, Father Rooney comes from Kansas City. His first assignment was at St. Teresa Parish in Lincoln. He was most recently pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in Shelby and now teaches at St. Gregory the Great Seminary where he is Spiritual Director, Assistant Professor and Director of Technology.

He has served as chaplain to the Calix Society, Magnificat of Lincoln, and Charismatic Renewal.
