Malou’s yoga journey began as a personal search for healing and insight and has grown into a steady practice she now shares with others.
A certified RYT 500 teacher, she specialises in Hatha, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Aerial, and Vinyasa, offering classes that blend structure with softness and focus with flow. As a holistic burnout coach, she supports students in navigating stress, recovery, and trauma with care.
Influenced by Zen Buddhism and non-dual Shaivism, Malou weaves mindfulness and reflective philosophy into her teaching, inviting students to explore both body and inner experience.
Known for her clarity and gentle approach, she creates a steady space for reconnecting, slowing down, and building inner strength, leaving students balanced, calm, and more deeply connected to themselves.
