As a New Earth leader, her mission is to empower humans to turn their pain into power, own their stories, and create the magic they have always envisioned while supporting their Dharma.

Cassandra is the Founder of EarthLab, a global impact-based collective and MoonLab Productions, a global creative and event production agency. She also Co-Founded BloqLab, a fabrication company building the future through innovative and sustainable design solutions and NOVA Innovation Group, a women-owned project management + operations consulting company in the United States. She has supported entrepreneurs, impact leaders, visionaries and companies around the world including ONE. BALI, Bee2be in Brazil, Tribe Earth, Lady Suite, The Place Retreats in Bali, and Design For The Environment & their exhibition at the 2022 G20 Summit in Bali. She sits on the board for Worthy of Love 501(c)(3), an organization that throws unforgettable birthday parties for children and families experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles and MUSE (Members United For Sustainable Events).
