Why study with them?

I am passionate about the body and movement, so I found a very special connection with yoga that I want to share with you.

My trajectory

7 years ago, I learned about yoga from my mother, who, without following any traditional branch of meditation at that time, always spoke to me about the importance of growing as a person, seeking self-love and happiness.

While living in Australia, practicing yoga was my hobby and it was there that I made the decision to understand, feel and live the magic of yoga to the fullest.

I decided to return to India, to Rishikesh and obtained my Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification of 200 hours of comprehensive training. From that moment I have taught and practiced this style.

Yoga has positively changed me, the way I relate to myself and the universe. It has taught me to love myself, to love my body, my past, my future and mainly my present “being”. Also to see the body as the tool with which we relate to our environment, which brings to mind the phrase: “our biology is our biography”.

I seek to spread the teaching of yoga so that those who practice it can come to love their current being and feel fully connected with themselves in the moment.

My classes have a very important meditation component in which I seek to nurture this feeling of love and compassion towards ourselves and other beings. You will practice stretching, balance, strength, postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), concentration (dharana), and meditation (dhyana)
