Gareth Thompson

Gareth is a cofounder of ColivingDAO which is a launchpad to build a federation of regenerative coliving communities. ColivingDAO gives residents shares in their community with every rental payment, and a real voice to shape their community. ColivingDAO uses collective decentralized decision making tools and new forms of ownership to enable multistakeholder agency instead of hierarchical control. Gareth facilitates workshops on collective decision making and decentralized ownership structures for community building. Individuals with higher consciousness can only fully step into their capabilities if they are given agency within community and organisational structures that are compatible with higher levels of consciousness. Communities that utilise advance decision-making tools enable higher consciousness individuals to thrive, and Gareth teaches and facilitates workshops to demonstrate the power of these tools.

Gareth’s vision is to plant the seeds of a regenerative economic paradigm shift by building regenerative communities that enable the construction of a bridge between today’s system and our desired Solar Punk future to enable all beings to thrive on Earth together.
