Katerina

Katerina is leading retreats for the last 18 years, enjoying traveling in order to connect, share, learn, spread & expand through interacting with people & the flow of life.

At the age of 7 years old she was accepted to the National Dance Academy of Greece, and later to the Conservatoire National de Dance & Musique de Luxembourg. Then she traveled to Paris to study philosophy & psychologie focusing on Hinduism & Ancient Greek Philisophie ( Sorbonne Paris 4), while starting her dance career. During this time she embodied a philosophical & holistic approche towards life & became a therapist. She studied for 9 years near exceptional human beings at Tao's Center and then traveled to Greece to settle.

She is combining ancient traditions, without belonging exclusively to any path. She is experiencing and exploring all that her inner wisdom recognizes as relevant, according to what is true and authentic to her heart, wishing to share and spread by being in service. ''Holding space for others’’ is what is nourishing her soul. Her vision was to create a ground for others to experience healing and freedom in order to bloom.

YogaTaoTantraTemple is the manifestation of that vision. The creation of a ground to hold space for others from a place that expands the heart, nourishes the soul & invites deep transformation, supporting healing-embodiment of our authenticity & expansion. It s about co-creating sacred experiences infused with magic. That' s The Journey according to Tao. During the retreats, Katerina invites you to merge with Nature & the famous"greek blue", immersing yourself in the rich Ancient Traditions of Yoga, Taoism, Zen, Chinese Medicine & Holistic Treatments, to explore a diverse array of practices designed to guide & support you reconnect with your authenticity and reach your full potential by discovering balance & harmonie within, fostering growth, health, clarity, inner peace & joy.
