In 2002, At 19 years old, I was in the middle of an exercise and fitness internship in my second year of college when a winter time car accident brought me to a full stop! I sustained multiple fractures, including all three bones in my pelvis, my sacrum, lumbar vertebrae, and a ruptured bladder. This life altering experience opened my spiritual aperture. While being wheeled into emergency surgery, I had a profound realization—a near-death experience that illuminated the deeper meaning of life beyond the physical senses. "You're supposed to go back and help the people."

This pivotal moment sparked a deep spiritual inquiry and ignited my journey toward healing and transformation. As part of my rehabilitation, I enrolled in massage school. This was not only a step toward physical recovery but also a profound journey of self-discovery, and transmutation of deeply ingrained patterns of trauma. Over the years, I have immersed myself in diverse educational and spiritual practices. During my studies, I've pursued degrees in psychology and communications, along with certifications in fitness training, meditation, and shamanic healing. My approach combines scientific and esoteric methods, guiding clients toward greater health, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth.
