I am a passionate life coach who guides individuals in the process of self-awareness, and in staying true to themselves in communication and actions. My practice is based in IJsselstein, where I help people reconnect with their true selves and live authentically.
My journey with plant medicine began many years ago, at a time when the medicine appeared to me. It came at exactly the right moment, and since then, plant medicine has had a profound impact on my personal and professional life. Since 2013, I have been deepening my knowledge of plant medicines, from growing and brewing various types to guiding those who wish to walk the path of healing and self-awareness.
For me, plant medicine is more than just a tool – it is a living, healing experience that I offer exclusively to those who feel called by the medicine. I believe in the deep process of transformation and in rediscovering inner truth. My mission is to guide this process with care, respect, and integrity, so that each individual can find their own path in communication, action, and personal growth.
